Travelling

Hello.
My nickname is namg and this is something like my homework. I am a girl living in the Czech Republic. I am sorry for my English. I am still studying this language so you will probably find here a lot of grammar and vocabulary mistakes.

One of my dreams is to travel. I would like to visit countries which are different from the European countries. I would like to come to know different attitudes towards life, different opinions and expectations and compare it with my view of life. People say that reading can enrich our lives. That we can learn from the stories. I agree with that. I think that travelling is a bit like reading. That each country is a new book and everything inside that country is one of its many chapters. I think a person who travels a lot knows himself/herself better than a person who lives whole his/her life at one place. Maybe it is because a person who travels meets much more people who differs a lot from himself/herself. We learn about ourselves by comparing with others. If this person has much more models to compare with he/she can learn about himself/herself better.

These are reasons why I think travelling is important. But it does not have to be important for everyone. Some people live whole their lives at one place and still they can be happy.
